Overview
This autonomous role will see the successful candidate take over a well-maintained territory throughout the greater Sydney region. Your role as the successful candidate will be to aid in the ongoing growth of the existing client base as well as forge new relationships with prospective clients. This role is selling an industry-leading product and working for a genuine market leader, therefore, it genuinely sells itself. Although this is a proactive sales role, it requires very little direct selling; your sales cycle will be far more focused on leveraging the product capabilities and the relationship with your client to secure your wins as opposed to the hard close or haggling on price.
This role will be ideal for someone who:
- Has existing relationships within the construction industry or industrial markets.
- Has an ability to manage and plan their own day to day.
- Someone who can work in a self-sufficient with little management once up and running (Full training provided).
- Someone who is collaborative and likes a more flatline environment – No corporate BS.
- Someone who approaches new clients with tactic opposed to the scattergun approach.
- Someone who is looking for something that is 5+ Years, as this business are hiring for long-term.
