The role is to deliver a full range of commercial services and solutions to international clientele in the IT industry.
The responsibilities will include:
- drafting a broad range of commercial agreements relevant to clients in the IT industry;
- assisting with negotiating commercial terms; and
- assisting with advising on structuring commercial transactions.
- 1-2 years PAE in commercial and corporate law;
- Experience drafting clauses tailored to clients' individual needs;
- Skilled in clear written and verbal communications;
- Inherent commercial sensibility;
- Ability to analyse and think independently and creatively to formulate solutions to our clients’ commercial problems.
