Duties
You will be working on a wide range of commercial matters, such as business structuring, insolvency and restructuring, intellectual property and commercial contracts.
About you
- Mid-senior lawyer (3+ PQE); with
- A relevant Law Degree or Juris Doctor, coupled with strong academics
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; and
- The ability to work under pressure, manage various caseloads and meet tight deadlines
