Role
This role represents an outstanding opportunity for a SA level stellar litigator to take their career to the next level. Working across highly rated partners you will be exposed to high-stakes, large-scale global matters.
Clients include financial institutions, infrastructure & construction companies, resource entities, technology & innovation leaders and government bodies. The practice has a focus on class actions, shareholder disputes, directors duties and remedies under the Corporations Act, ASIC, ACCC and APRA investigations and inquiries, royal commissions, post-acquisition disputes, corporate trustee claims and allegations concerning misleading and deceptive conduct.
