- Complete management of the entire project management department
- Conversant with the financial performance of all projects allocated.
- Annual budget and deliver to the budget.
- Regular project cost and progress reviews with the Project Managers
- Lead all significant commercial disputes and negotiations.
- EBA negotiations
- Develop and implement processes to control delivery of projects.
- Maintain strong relationship between site and office through regular site visits.
- Fully conversant with the company's rights and obligations for project contracts.
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction or business management
- 8+ years delivering projects in the construction or industrial sector.
- High level of computer literacy, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, P6 and / or Microsoft Project
- Variety: this job involves a split of office time and site time
