The Opportunity
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Property administrator to join their office.
Responsibilities
- Assist in ensuring timely support for all new leases, renewals, transfers, licences and other property documents
- Drafting of communication & documentation
- Liaise with the managers and support staff and provide support to the Leasing team, Property managers and Directors.
- Assist with meetings
- Monitor, maintain, and follow up on outstanding legal invoices, security deposits and insurances
- Ad hoc administration tasks
- Building strong relationships with tenants and owners

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Ability to deal with work within strict deadlines
