About The Role
Our client is a top-performing Commercial agency seeking a Property Administrator to join in supporting their wider team.
The ideal candidate will have had experience in either Residential or Commercial as Property Manager or admin related role with a degree proficiency in MS office and other property related sorftware.
Responsibilities
Managing tenant rentals and outgoings
conducting bank reconciliations
processing accounts
scheduling appointments
responding to email inquiries
Adding new properties
Leases, extensions, and assignments, invoicing tenants, and conducting end-of-month processes.
The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications and previous experience or knowledge in the real estate industry would be advantageous.
