We are currently recruiting for a great opportunity for an experienced Commercial and Property Lawyer (3+ years PAE) to join a boutique firm located in the beautiful Belgrave area. The firm boast an impressive client base, amazing development opportunities, a true worklife balance and flexibility. What more could you want?!
As the experienced lawyer that you are, you will assist in overseeing the clerks and their duties as well as working on highly complex and stimulating Commercial and Property matters. This role offers an excellent opportunity for you to join a progressive firm and further develop your skillset and career by working closely with leading practitioners. Some examples of the matters you will be exposed to are preparing and reviewing contracts, purchases and sales and businesses, trust deeds and variations.
To be successful in this role you will hold a minimum of 3+ years PAE experience. You will be commercially savvy with exceptional communication skills, as well as possess a keen eye for detail and high levels of autonomy.
