This first class large boutique practice is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate for their Property Team.
The team practices in all aspects of commercial property and development law including:
the preparation of contract of sale documents;
advising upon easements, restrictive covenants and notifications;
advising upon mortgages and guarantee documents;
advising upon strata titles and subdivisions;
advising upon apartment and tourism projects;
providing and preparing a full suite of leases; and
advising upon acquisitions and disposals.
The firm have a modern, relaxed and professional feel. The firm encourages flexibility wherever possible and is family friendly.
In your role you will work with a full range of clients. you will have the opportunity to work with sophisticated clients on large value transactions.
You will be comfortable working with the firm's junior lawyers and providing guidance and support where required. You will have a positive and friendly approach and will enjoy dealing with people.
