Commercial Property Lawyer opening with an upscale 25-staff Sydney CBD law firm that has a domestic and international focus. The role provides a wide array of complex and diverse commercial property and residential property transactions. The position would suit a lawyer with 2-5 years PQE in property-commercial space.
The firm is known for its highly regarded and sought technical and commercial nous. The team has extensive experience providing strategic advice to a wide range of local and offshore reputable corporate clients as well as Asian inbound investors across the sector, handling acquisitions, disposals, property developments and project finance.

Day to Day aspects of the position:
Be involved in a variety of complex and interesting transactions including residential and commercial property transactions and deals.
Providing legal advice to clients on commercial and property matters, including property sales, leases and commercial transactions.
Drafting legal documents such as contracts, leases, deeds and other legal agreements.
Negotiating on behalf of clients to secure favourable terms and conditions in commercial transactions and property deals.
Conducting legal research and providing legal opinions on complex commercial and property law matters.
Managing a portfolio of clients and building strong relationships with them.
Providing training and guidance to junior staff members.
Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese;
2-5 years PQE experience
Attention to detail, accuracy and you take pride in your quality of work.
Good time management skills.
Must have a strong interest to practise in commercial and property law;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
