One of our clients are currently looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join their team. As a Commercial Property Manager you will manage an extensive commercial and property portfolio of approximately 200 hectares with a revenue value in excess of $30m per annum, whilst also providing leadership and management support to the Commercial Property team.
This role will be responsible for:
Working with management and providing up to date portfolio information
Tenant and stakeholder engagement program and implementation
Liaising with property and leasing internal and external lawyers
Assisting with the planning, marketing and leasing of retail, commercial and industrial projects
Preparing leasing strategies and reviewing leases
Managing and setting KPI’s
Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of the portfolio
Assist in the due diligence and assessment of potential acquisitions
Financial analysis, market studies and industry standard reporting
Risk management and lease compliance
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in business or commerce or possession of relevant tertiary qualifications or industry accredited equivalent.
Demonstrated well developed knowledge and understanding of property management skills in a commercial environment.
Demonstrated understanding and application of legal, business and commercial principles.
Technical, Professional and Specialist Skills:
Substantial financial management skills
Well-developed understanding of commercial and business strategies optimising returns
Well-developed customer relations and liaison skills.
Well developed interpersonal skills including negotiation and conflict resolution.
Substantial experience in research and investigative ability.
Well-developed report writing skills in financial and business analysis.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
Ability to understand and interpret legislation.
