Client:

Role:
This role will be ideal for a candidate seeking a diverse role who enjoys a challenge and has a collaborative mindset to engage with our customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage small portfolio of 33 tenants across a range of properties
Tenant liaison
Ensure each asset is managed and maintained to a high quality of presentation and operation
Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports and forecasting on property performance against budget
Ensure effective communication to all team members and tenants in the portfolio
Assist in preparing overall strategies to ensure leasing opportunities are maximised and each vacancy is positioned effectively
Accounts payable and accounts receivable for property management, as well as additional invoicing scope for the property projects
Lease administration
Administration duties as required
Successful Candidate:
Commercial Property Management experience (Open to more junior or residential candidate stepping up)
