Commercial role - Sales Administrator and Contracts Administrator

THE Sales Administration role ROLE:
Assisting sales agents with admin support
Prepare and update pre-listing kits
Prepare appraisal documentation
Co-ordinate and attend all appointments for marketing
Upload all marketing to online portals
Responding to email enquiries
Database management & entry
General Sales administrative tasks
The Contracts Administration role
Preparing offer documentation and determining associated pre-conditions where applicable.
Preparing legal instructions for external solicitors
Compiling and reviewing settlement directions.
Working constructively with Panel Solicitors and Panel Valuers to achieve the best outcomes for the business and the customers, responding and following up outstanding matters as files progress.
Maintenance of internal file tracking systems.
ABOUT YOU:
A passion for a career in Real Estate
Min 12 months experience in real estate residential or commercial
Must hold qld real estate certificate
Enthusiastic and friendly personality
Impeccable Presentation
A real estate sales certificate is highly regarded but not initially required
