The Role
The Commercial Sales Coordinator Team Leader is primarily responsible for supporting a team of Sales Coordinators on a day to day basis with operational matters.
You will require exceptional attention to detail, ability to delegate tasks, prioritise the work provided in a high paced work environment and the confidence to make decisions that benefit the company.
You will be able to use your previous customer service experience to be able to build/ support customers and internal business relationships to ensure the best results possible for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the key point of contact for the Sales Coordinators
Prepare work-flow/process documents for coordinators eg. Returns
Identify and implement process improvements
Provide exceptional customers service via phone and emails
Ensure backorders are under control and invoices regularly followed up
Manage annual leave so that the office is adequately staffed at all times
Manage Sales Coordinators KPIs and performance review meetings
