We have an exciting opportunity at Polestar for Commercial training where you will work in a fast-paced and challenging start-up organization. You will play an important role in the Product APAC Team supporting Polestar in its growth and expansion.
Let us describe the challenge we offer
As part of the Product team you will develop, transform and deliver innovative projects and training for customer-facing personnel at Polestar. You will manage and deliver the learning experiences in different formats (online webinar training, hands-on trainings, films, animations, test drives) as well as identify potential new trainings after assessing business needs. Creating great learning experiences will be an important part of this job.

You’ll be part of the Polestar global competence team, located at Polestar China in Shanghai, China.

· A genuine interest in training people and learning development
· Creative interests in new technology and online training platform
· Experience from managing projects
· A strategic mindset when planning learning outcomes
· Like to work in a fast changing and evolving environment
· A self-starter that can work independently but values collaboration as well
· Excellent communicator, self-starter, team player, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and strong decision making skills.
Who you are
· Have a genuine interest or previous experience from the automotive sector
· A university bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
· Fluent in English and Chinese, with strong written and oral communication skills. Other Asian languages are an advantage.
· Any digital attributes from audio/visual, video editing skills would be an advantage.
· Must not be phased to present live detailed product trainings in front of a large group.
