Our Client is an established commercial real estate agency with a strong reputation within the WA market. With strong leadership, you will benefit from a business that invests in their staff and understands the importance of a positive and supportive workplace culture.
Our Client requires a Commercial Trust Accountant to join their team on a full time basis. You will be part of a stable and supportive team and report directly into the Finance Manager.
The Role:
Download trust account statements & balance trust account
Landlord statements, creditor payments
Commercial tax invoices e.g. Water rates, council rates, rental increases etc.
Tenant & landlord reconciliations
Preparation of Receipts & Expenditure statements
Rental adjustments & refunds
End of Month rollover and reports
For this role you will have:
Experience in Commercial Property is essential
Experience in trust accounting
Cirrus8 knowledge
Time management and attention to detail
Possess a "can do" attitude & be a great team player
