About the Role
K'gari Beach Resort is seeking a Trade Qualified Chef to join our team in the resort's restaurant 'McKenzies on 75' offering buffet breakfasts, al-la-carte dining and pool-side pizzas in a relaxed coastal setting. This is a live-on-island opportunity, ideal for someone looking to embrace the remote lifestyle.

About you
- Passionate about quality food and service
- Committed to delivering brilliant customer experiences
- Ability to commit to rostered shifts (10 days on, 4 days off)
- The ability to relocate and live in the staff accommodation
- Hold the right to live and work in Australia
- Experience working in a high-volume kitchen
- Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery
- Diploma Hospitality Management (highly regarded)
- HACCP and Food Safety and Hygiene training
