Commis Chef | An exciting career opportunity exists for a passionate Qualified Chef to join the Redland Bay Hotel in QLD and assist us in creating memorable moments
Working as part of a team you will be responsible for delivering the high quality guest meals that are cooked and prepared at this venue. You will maintain the highest hygiene standards and ensure compliance to specific food preparation standards set by the venue and relevant regulations.
What you’ll need to succeed
Experience working in a hands-on, team focused bistro style kitchen
Knowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue’s menu
An uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation and safety
Strong communication and organisation skills
Trade cooking qualifications are essential
