CGM Transformation
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the transformation of critical client facing technologies, operating model and the data landscape. This transformation program will expose you to all areas of the business where you will work with Senior Management to determine the change required to reach our transformation vision and outcomes.
What impact will you have?
You will be directly responsible for:
- Conducting stakeholder workshops to determine current state processes, technology landscape, data requirements and people aspects such as roles and responsibilities
- Active end-to-end transformation initiatives, including process mapping, determining target state operating models, and producing actionable insights to support decision making at senior management levels
- Planning, scoping and tracking new projects, including budgeting and cost recoveries
- Managing project risks and issues, and delivering appropriate project artefacts
- Collaborating with the CGM businesses and other Macquarie teams to identify and execute project opportunities, including automation and system integration
- Assisting with internal and external communication and improving transparency of the transformation projects
- 3-5 years industry experience
- A track record of documenting process maps, gathering business requirements and identifying change/automation opportunities
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills with experience working with operational and/or technical professionals
- Project monitoring, governance and communications experience
- Experience working with front office stakeholders, and/or in environments with strong risk and controls focus
- Ability to work efficiently in a geographically dispersed team with global stakeholders
