We are seeking a talented and experienced Communications Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will develop a business readiness plan that incorporates IT deployment, data migration, and capability deployment, ensuring seamless integration into the "business as usual" environment. This role is pivotal in identifying readiness gaps, creating action plans, and supporting the transition and change management process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the uplift of proficiency in communication and digital technologies within the program.
- Design and lead global training sessions and workshops, and create and deliver communications collateral.
- Drive the adoption of strategic initiatives with a user-centric approach through effective communication products.
- Monitor and report on business readiness targets, training activities, and operational metrics.
Essential Criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications relevant to the role and more than 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in change management and training development.
- Ability to work in an agile team environment and experience in ICT infrastructure and services definition.
