- Clerk Grade 5/6. Base salary from $93,295 to $102,941per year (depending on experience) plus superannuation and annual leave loading.

We have an exciting role within the Customer Experience division supporting community engagement activities across NSW. As a motivated Community Education specialist, you will assist in organising and sometimes presenting Community Education sessions and events that build brand awareness and community knowledge about the importance of Estate Planning documents.
About NSW Trustee and Guardian
NSW Trustee and Guardian provides a range of multidisciplinary services including Will-making, estate planning, executorship and trustee services. We also provide financial management and guardianship services for some of the State’s most vulnerable people. We write approximately 12,000 estate planning documents each year.
About the Customer Experience Division
The Customer Experience division provides a wide range of specialist support for NSW Trustee and Guardian divisions including, Community Education about Wills And Estate Planning, marketing, brand, campaigns and customer communications, media liaison, customer advocacy support and service design.
About the role
This role is responsible for assisting with the strategy, planning and coordination of Wills and Estate Planning Community Education activities. This includes organising stands at community expos and events and group presentations. In doing so, you will be representing the organisation and will travel across NSW. You will interact with people from diverse community groups including culturally diverse, Indigenous, elderly, culturally and linguistically diverse groups.
This role will help NSW Trustee and Guardian to build and maintain strategic partnerships and collaborative relationships with community groups. You will use community events and presentations to help increase knowledge in the community about the importance of having a Will and other Estate Planning documents, and how and where NSW Trustee and Guardian offers these services.
Essential Requirements
To be successful in the role, you must have:
- Experience drafting and/or handling enquiries about Wills, Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardian documents.
- At least 12 months experience in providing community or customer education about Wills and Estate planning.
- Highly organised, able to manage complex calendars and prioritise activities
- Proactive can-do attitude and able to generate new and innovative ideas.
- Strong collaboration skills to build relationships with diverse customer groups.
- Excellent presentation and writing skills.
- Ability to complete some travel to regional locations in NSW.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence
- Ability to work some weekends and public holidays
