ChatterBox Projects are looking for a part time/casual Community Engagement Event Co-ordinator to co-ordinate a range of pop-up community engagement events across Victoria.
This positions is being created to support our work on local and State Government community engagement projects.
You must be a great team player who has:
- the ability to confidently tow small single axle trailers (this is a requirement and car can be provided)
- amazing event co-ordination skills
- great customer service skills
- ability to set up equipment
- problem solving skills and
- has great attention to detail
The role involves the planning and co-ordination of a range of community engagement pop-up events across Victoria including:
- liaising and booking locations
- organising and packing engagement trailers at our warehouse in the inner North (Coburg North/Reservoir)
- delivery and set up of the engagement trailers at locations across Metro Melbourne and regional Victoria and
- risk management planning
Community Engagement experience is not essential, however skills in towing, event management, risk management and great customer service is a must.
