About the Opportunity

In this community focussed role, you will be responsible for the planning of recreation and sport infrastructure, and management of community leased and licensed facilities within the Adelaide Park Lands. You will plan for the provision of recreation and sport community infrastructure through the development of master plans and concept designs and provide input into relevant policies and strategies. You will also coordinate community engagement and expression of interest processes for community leased and licensed facilities.

This is a unique opportunity to play an influential role in planning and delivering recreation and sport facilities in the beautiful Adelaide Park Lands.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:
Knowledge of recreation planning and management principles and property management practices.
Experience in the processes relating to recreation and sport facility planning, and management of leased facilities.
Experience in researching, analysing, interpreting and presenting recreation and sport participation data.
Extensive experience in a recreation planning, property management or similar role.
Understanding of community engagement principles and experience in community engagement processes.

Please be advised this is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a starting salary at the Level 7 Classification commencing at $110,040 + 10.5% superannuation.
