Who are we looking for?

• Looking for home care support workers to commit to regular and consistent shift schedules.
• Support individuals with intellectual, mental health and/or physical disabilities.
• Must be creative and resourceful to assist participants and clients to achieve their goals.
• Passionate, empathetic & committed to provide the best care to each individual
• Delivering high quality person centered support
• Daily living assistance in the home and community
• Support physical health and emotional well-being
• Assisting individuals to and from community-based activities and appointments.
• Complete all relevant documentation and reporting as required

Requirements

The 'must haves' for this position include:

• 18 years of age or older
• Read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
• Driver’s license with comprehensive insurance
• COVID vaccination (min 2)
• National Police Check
• First Aid & CPR Certificate
• NDIS Workers Screening Card and NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
• Smartphone (iOS or Android)

The 'nice to haves' but not required for this position include:

• Six months of experience as a Caregiver (in homes or facilities)

Salary: From $30.43 per hour

• Afternoon shift
• Flexible hours

• Morning shift
• Public holidays
