We have two exciting opportunities to join our Library Community Learning Team as Community Programs & Learning Officers. The full-time role will have a creative and cultural program focus, and the part-time (0.6FTE) role will have a literacy program focus.
Key responsibilities of the position include:
Plan, develop, promote and deliver events and programs for adults
Evaluate the success of the educational and recreational programs against programming objectives and refine, and reiterate as required.
Deliver exceptional customer service that is welcoming, responsive and inclusive.
The successful applicant will have the following:
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Education, Libraries, or significant experience in relevant fields (desirable).
Event management skills and experience.
Demonstrated experience in achieving positive outcomes with adult learners from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Experienced in developing, promoting, delivering, and evaluating fun, inspiring learning programs and activities.
Experience providing front line customer service in a community setting.
Current WWCC & Vulnerable Person Related Clearance (or willing to obtain)

This is a Level 3 position that has a current salary range of $77,062.01 - $82,875.41 (plus Super).
