We are looking for new and experienced full time and part time Registered Nurses to join there beautiful and homely community.
The Role
If you are a hard working Registered Nurse and can provide to your Clients in the community, ensuring that it is a safe environment with the facility. Applying your clinical skills and to their quality of life throughout different activities you will be supported by the Clinical Care team. Making sure you can understand that this will be your home and work to make the environment feel warm and welcome.
Your duties include:
- Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs
- Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members
- Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
- Assess, plan, and implement client care within your scope
- Demonstrating leadership for your team
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
- Current Australian Driver's License
- General nursing experience, post-registration
- Immunisation record of Covid-19 Vaccine
