About the Role
- Part Time, Maximum Term Contract to August 2023
- Classification: Consumer Service Delivery Level 2 with a salary range of $67,330 - $72,196 per annum + Superannuation
- Location: Kalgoorlie
The Community Rehabilitation Support Worker (CRSW) provides direct practical support to consumers residing at KMHSS. The CRSW works within Neami’s recovery framework to help consumers to identify their goals, develop wellness strategies, improve independent living skills and support the consumers transition back in to community.
Neami's work with consumers occurs within the context of their community of friends, family and neighbourhood. At Neami, support is provided within a team approach and all staff are supported by regular opportunities to reflect upon and improve their practice.

- Neami National will require, as part of our condition of employment, that all candidates applying for any position must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (have received three doses), (or have received two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine and have a scheduled appointment to receive their third dose.)
