ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Community Support Workers have the rewarding role of caring for people in their homes. Your day-to-day workload will be varied, from providing personal care (showering, dressing), meal preparation and domestic duties, to social support, shopping assistance and transport. Those that have a passion for helping people will thrive in this role.
ASSESSMENT CENTRE
We want you! We’re looking for Community Support Workers and Domestic Assistants throughout Perth Metro.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
If you have:
a driver’s license;
a vehicle; and
can attend 2-week paid training.

PAID TRAINING
Our compulsory paid 2-week trainings are held Monday to Friday, from 8am – 4.30pm. Our upcoming training dates are:
1 May – 12 May
15 May – 26 May

ROSTER
Rosters Available are:
Day Shifts: 7am – 3pm, 8am - 4pm, 9am - 3pm,
Afternoon shifts: 11.30am - 7.30pm, 12pm - 8pm, 2pm - 8pm
Weekend shifts can be a combination of both and will include Thursday and Friday weekday shifts.
However, this does not mean that you will be rostered for work for the full time slots above. You will be available to be rostered for home care services within these time frames, and hours each day will vary.
FURTHER CRITERIA
A caring nature with a passion for aged care
Able to obtain a National Police Clearance less than 6 months old
Willing to travel to different suburbs
Evidence of up-to-date flu vaccination and Covid vaccines
Pass pre-employment physical assessment and reference checks
