We pay significantly above the Aged Care Award & provide all staff the option to maximum their take-home pay with salary packaging.
$32.64 per hour for casuals (Inclusive of 25% loading)

About the role
We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals as Community Support Workers. Using your people skills and knowledge you will deliver support, using a wellness and reablement framework, in client’s home and in the community.
We're hiring Community Support Workers to provide quality care and support to our clients. This will be a rewarding opportunity for a passionate team player who has exceptional people skills. The successful candidate will work with our clients in their homes throughout the Hornsby/Ku-ring-gai communities. You will support our clients with practical activities including but not limited to shopping, showering, cleaning and cooking making their day-to-day life manageable. While at the same time helping them to live their best life.

Duties
Assist our clients to implement their goals, providing feedback on client’s care plan
Support our clients to access the community
Providing a safe environment for clients
May be required to assist client with personal care needs and general household duties.
Requirements
Experience or willingness to work with vulnerable people of all ages
Knowledge and ability to enact Aged Care standards
Current NSW Driver’s Licence and access to an insured vehicle
Current First Aid Certificate (or ability to obtain one before commencing)
Criminal History Check
Applicants will be required to disclose your COVID-19 vaccination status as part of your application for employment. You will also be required to provide further evidence of vaccination status or medical contraindication certificate as part of your recruitment /interview process.
A Certificate III or above in Community Services, Aged Care, Leisure and Health, Individual Support or related discipline would be an advantage.
