A newly created role within this privately owned agriculture business supporting the owners to understand the financial standing whilst managing the business administration functions. This supportive organisation will present challenges and opportunities to make a direct impact to business operations and performance.
Key duties will include:
Bookkeeping, P&L, balance sheet, accounts preparation
Payroll, BAS, IAS and compliance
Invoice processing and filing
Bank reconciliations
Sales reporting including developing adhoc performance reports
Sourcing quotes and processing sales orders
Ideally you will be experienced in managing the bookkeeping functions in a private enterprise supporting a business owner across multiple entities. Experience in MYOB and Xero will be a distinct advantage as well as a background in Agriculture would be highly regards. Strong attention to detail, development of Excel spreadsheets and general admin will be a key part of this role.
