Our CreditScore product offers Customers credit profile information which can play a key role in their financial health. Our corrections and complaints team of resolution and case specialists enables Customers to take control and manage their profiles, safeguard personal information, reduce risk and achieve their goals. 

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced operational leader to take this team to the next level! 

What you will do

  • Improve customer satisfaction and response times
  • Identify and implement process improvements 
  • Add real value by developing this combined team. 
  • Bring your experience and thought leadership to the leadership team and help us in our goals to drive overall efficiency.  

What experience you need

  • 5+ years’ experience leading operational service teams in a complementary industry
  • Extensive experience in people and process management (call centre, middle and back office process experience)
  • Ideally working knowledge of complaints regulations  
  • Authentic leadership style and effective coaching skills to develop team members to realise their potential 
  • Tactical and strategic leadership.
  • Resilience and confidence in challenging circumstances and change management. 

What could set you apart   

  • Experience in managing interface with BPO or off-shore support process teams would be highly regarded
  • Experience in a regulated business/industry - dealing with external dispute bodies (AFCA etc)
