You will be working with a team full of creative and committed people in our Sydney office to design and implement financial and operational solutions to clients facing financial distress. As a Director, you will be involved in:
Turnaround planning and execution
Advising and implementing on behalf of private equity funds and other investor groups to improve cash flow and deliver sustained profit improvement, often during M&A events
Working collaboratively with companies to transform their operating models to drive profitability improvements
Cost driver and program funding analysis, and business case development
Providing commercial advice and contract negotiation support
Managing small teams to lead service delivery and secure growth
Articulating and developing the Deloitte value proposition and track record in the market
Complex debt arranging.

Combining our deep knowledge in value creation, turnaround and restructuring, corporate and financial strategy, business management and operational profit improvement, we craft creative solutions for underperforming businesses to help them get back on their feet or use insolvency processes to protect value, and help public sector clients solve their most complex problems. ? Enough about us, let's talk about you. You are someone with:
Ability to analyse and understand organisations from a financial, operational, and industry perspective
Experience building supportive internal and external relationships, originating and managing revenue targets
Ability to balance multiple engagements and responsibilities while providing exceptional client service
Accounting or Commerce background with related post-graduate qualification, or currently completing (e.g. CA, CFA or MBA)
