The Compliance Specialist position is a crucial role within our Locum Nursing Division. This role will manage and ensure the compliance and documentation for our clinical nursing team. This position works closely with our high performing consultants servicing the needs of aged care providers across Australia. This position allows you to make a valuable contribution on a day to day basis to the lives of our temporary nursing team and the clients and residents they work with.
Your Responsibilities
Collect, store and manage the employment documents of our contract nursing pool.
Managing the compliance records of all contract nurses including but not limited to; police checks, Nursing Registration, reference checks and immunization records
Arranging employment contracts and travel.
Database management to ensure compliance and a work ready pool of applicants.
Manage compliance reports.
Liaise and develop relationships with our nursing team and wider stakeholders
Key skills
Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
Attention to detail and accuracy of maintaining a database.
Data entry and data management skills are a must have.
Excellent communication skills with your team and also with the wider candidate pool
Great written communication skills
Ideally Degree Educated (but not essential)
