Computer Coaching™ has been providing Computer Coaching services for the past 6 years to clients based in Victoria, WA and the ACT. We are now expanding to Brisbane and are looking for suitable local people to work with local clients.
Our philosophy and proven techniques include:
- One-to-one service between coach and client
- Working with our clients where they normally use their devices, e.g. their home or workplace
- Client led in terms of what we focus on in each session
Your profile
Ideally, you have some experience in teaching, coaching or training. This may be in your formal work experience - e.g. as a school teacher or qualified trainer - or it may be in voluntary or non-work settings - e.g. coaching a local sports team or providing support to friends and family members.
You have solid computer skills, but you are not expected to be an expert technician. Ideally you have experience in both the Windows and Apple ecosystems.
You are passionate about helping people develop their skills, and patient and empathetic in the way you to relate to people.
Most of all it's your communication skills that will allow you to succeed in the role, particularly your explaining skills.
Hours
Computer Coaching™ sessions typically run for up to 2 hours during business hours, so we are looking for people who have flexibility during business hours.
An initial need in Brisbane requires a coach on Thursdays for 4 weeks.
