About The Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Computer Network & Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team at the digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will play an important role in offering operational support and implementing network solutions for our clients. This is a Full-Time role, and we are offering a salary of $70,000 to $75,000 per annum + Super (based on experience).

This is where a Network & Systems Administrator comes into play, serving as the vital backbone of the agency's operations. In the dynamic world of digital marketing, where websites, servers, and data management are paramount, a skilled Network & Systems Administrator is not just an asset but an absolute necessity.
Duties:
Design, implement, and manage complex network and systems infrastructures, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and virtualized environments.
Conduct network and systems assessments to identify performance bottlenecks, vulnerabilities, and security risks, and implemented appropriate solutions to mitigate them.
Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve network and systems issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.
Implement network security best practices, including access controls, firewall rules, intrusion detection/prevention, and security monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, database administrators, and IT support teams, to ensure seamless network and systems integration.
Manage and monitor network and systems devices and services, including switches, routers, servers, and storage devices, using network monitoring tools and protocols.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, configuration files, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Conduct training sessions for junior engineers and provided guidance and mentorship on network and systems design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
Education & Experience Requirements:
A relevant bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Computer Science
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Experience with network management
