Overview
COMSEC ILSI/ILSP Writer Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive documentation detailing the support processes and sustainment practices for an ICT system, in a clear, concise, and easy to understand format.
- Guide development of support procedures, service level agreements and manuals suitable for enterprise deployments/maintenance and troubleshooting of ICT systems, aligned to Defence policies and processes.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders/subject matter experts at the executive and working level to gather relevant information and present business and technical information in an accurate manner.
- Maintain and update existing documentation previously created with current information, detailing the changes, and retaining appropriate version control aligned with Defence processes and procedures.
- Must have experience with Logistical documentation, ideally with Cryptographic Communications Security experience.
