We're seeking a Conference and Event Organizer dedicated to creating and overseeing a variety of events that resonate with our brand values and actively engage our community members.

Consult with clients to understand their event needs, offering tailored package options. Coordinate and arrange event services including facilities, catering, equipment, and participant registration. Manage budgets, negotiating cost-effective service agreements.
Supervise contractors and ensure alignment with work orders and Event objectives. Ensure each event's successful execution, meeting KDV Sport's standards and client expectations. Creating reports to analyse and assess the success of each event post-completion.
Qualification & Experience Essential: Minimum of a Diploma in Event Management or a comparable qualification. At least 2 years of experience in event planning, preferably in related industry. Strong skills in organization, communication, and creativity.
Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage teams effectively. Competence in time management and financial planning. Capable of effectively handling a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment.
