Sfera's is seeking an Conference, Wedding and Event Sales Coordinator ideally with;
- Innate ability to build strong personal relationships with clients
- Planning and organisational efficiency
- Attention to detail
- Administration or reception experience
- Customer-facing sales experience, such as hospitality or retail work
- Problem-solving skills
- Passion for Events
- Knowledge of digital marketing
Some key responsibilities include;
- Collaborate with our management team to plan and coordinate all aspects of weddings, events and conferences
- Assist in budget management, supplier coordination, and logistics planning
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with corporate clients, wedding couples and vendors
- Manage function timelines and schedules to meet deadlines effectively.
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution and staff preparation
- Assist in digital-marketing and website management
It is assumed that the applicant will be well-presented, professional, confident and display exceptional customer service skills consistently. Past events, functions, restaurant, or café supervisory experience would also be ideal.
