Overview
The Customer Configuration Management team is looking for a Configuration Management Analyst II to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, people-centric, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Role
  • Provides end-to-end project support for configuration activities to integrate technical knowledge and functional relationships of all systems, products, and services
  • Performs day-to-day project activities in accordance with performance objectives
  • Investigates internal customer issues and assists in problem resolution, escalating advanced customer inquiries and issues to appropriate senior technical resources
  • Interprets process and understands controls to support compliance activities including internal audits, SOX and SOC1, and business continuity exercises
  • Collaborates with senior resources to explain technical concepts to other team members and business partners
  • Assumes responsibility for small-sized projects/initiatives as an individual contributor with specialized knowledge of Mastercard's products/services and a developing knowledge of implementation standards
