The Firm & The Role
Our client is a growing commercial law and their construction team is experiencing growth. To this end, the firm is looking to recruit a senior Construction Lawyer at the Senior Lawyer or Senior Associate level or Special Counsel level.
This role will see you having high levels of autonomy, client responsibility and assisting in the further growth of the practice group. You will play a role in further growing the team and cementing client relationships.
The team has experience in both front end and back-end construction matters. However, the focus of the work will be more back-end. There will also be strata development and strata litigation work.
This would suit a senior Construction Lawyer who wants more freedom, autonomy, control of matters and a clear progression path.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a Senior Lawyer or Senior Associate or Special Counsel with construction/building law or litigation or strata experience
- Have strong technical and negotiation skills
- Be able to foster strong client relationships
- Be able to develop and foster strong client relationships
- Have the ability to work under pressure
- Have the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Have energy, drive and enthusiasm
