Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of Construction Projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure adherence.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Lead and motivate the construction team to achieve project goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management softwares, Auto CAD, Cubit, Adobe, Pro Contractor and Microsoft Office tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
