What’s the role?
As Content Producer for Escape, you will work collaboratively with our creative and editorial teams across print and digital platforms to produce Escape’s Sunday and Tuesday weekly print sections, and to produce engaging digital content on escape.com.au.
- Ensuring accuracy of all content
- Writing headlines and captions (print and digital)
- Copy fitting
- Proofreading
- Editing content to adhere to Escape style guidelines
- Liaising with external stakeholders where required (PRs, freelance writers).
Who you are
We are looking for an organised team player who shows initiative, can juggle several tasks at once and can adapt easily. Our ideal candidate will have:
- Exceptional sub-editing skills
- Strong lifestyle writing, researching and editing skills
- Sound SEO knowledge
- Proven ability to meet tight daily and weekly deadlines
- CMS experience – preferably Methode
- Three years+ experience in media publishing.
