Job description

The opportunity

The North Service Centre is an integral part of servicing AMP’s North platform. The team provides a high level of service to the AMP Adviser Network and their customers via incoming calls, chats, transactions, and emails.

The continuous approvement team is responsible for possessing a deep understand of North processes and functionality and identifying where opportunities for improvement sit. Once identified, the North Analyst will be the advocate for these improvements and working with all relevant stakeholders to see them through to implementation.

How you will make an impact:
Provide support and expertise to business projects
Review and understand workflow patterns and provide insights and recommendations as to how they can be improved, either by way of automation, offshoring or otherwise.
Support and champion the maintenance and improvement of process, procedures and process documentation for North Partnerships
Help assess customer experience to actively improve day to day processes & procedures
Support North Partnerships with identification and remediation of incidents, issues and breaches
Build rapport and establish/maintain professional relationships with Stakeholders, including Advisers/Clients, Team Managers, Wealth Distribution, Consultants, North Technology, TCS and other AMP & North business teams\ Ensure the internal knowledge management tool and material are kept current to reflect relevant product, legislative and procedural changes and encourage team members to use the content available
Act as a source of North operational expertise for the North Service Centre and Operations, Production Support, Breakfix, projects other North related teams
Answer Adviser/Client queries when work volumes exceed the capacity of the Team to action work, within the target response time and as required.
Provide support by providing subject matter expertise, reviewing documentation, assisting in implementation, and representing Team Manager in meetings and various projects as required.

Strong background in North Service Centre, it’s functionality, and it’s procedures
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Strong customers/stakeholders’ engagement and management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High level attention to quality and detail
