Contract Administration Support
This Government Department is seeking an experience Contract Administrator to provide high quality contract administration support.
It is a 3 months contract with possible extensions. The role is based in Altona North.
Responsibilities
Provide high quality contract administration support services
Provide information about the contract process and procedures, collate monitoring reports of contract progress and payments and maintain records and databases to support contract management
Ensure departmental and group requirements are met in accordance with legislative, policy and procedural requirements
Identify emerging issues, risks and trends impacting on the successful achievement of objectives and priorities and develop solutions and options
Required
Experience working as a Contract Administrator
Experience in public sector
Ability to start ASAP
Good communication skills and organisational skills
Victorian Government policies require all candidate to have two doses of COVID vaccine plus the booster as per ATAGI guidelines
