Due to growth within our team and project pipeline, there is an exciting full-time opportunity for a Contract Administrator / Quantity Surveyor to join our team based in Seymour!

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Contract Administrator / Quantity Surveyoryou will negotiate, plan, organise, and control the cost and revenue of projects. You will support the Project Manager by managing the trade packages to ensure the site operatives have the resources they need to complete the project whilst managing contractual risk for the project. You will identify project cost and procurement risks early and manage with urgency for a resolution. The role will require you to work in partnership with all employees across the business as well as clients, subcontractors, suppliers and the wider project sites.
About YOU — your skills and experience:
- 3+ years minimum working in a similar role.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar.
- Experience with using Vista, Procore and Hammertech preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence others to achieve desired outcomes.
- Team player with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and Work Health & Safety Act.
- Strong knowledge of Melbourne construction market and subcontractors.
