ABOUT THE ROLE
Your responsibilities will include providing expert advice to Program Managers, overseeing contract performance and compliance, facilitating tendering processes, and assessing project claims. Additionally, you will provide guidance on contract variations, extensions, and alterations, while maintaining accurate contract details within the centralized capital administration repository. Your role will also involve managing supplier performance review meetings in accordance with the Contract Management Framework.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in contract management, preferably within a government or large organizational setting.
- In-depth understanding of contract management principles, risk assessment, and compliance.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Sound knowledge of tendering processes and contract administration.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and drive positive change.
- Relevant qualifications in business, law, or a related field would be advantageous.
