Key duties include:
- Provide comprehensive antenatal and postnatal care to expectant mothers
- Conduct routine assessments, examinations, and screenings
- Assist during labour and childbirth, ensuring a safe and supportive environment
- Educate and support mothers in breastfeeding and newborn care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for patients
Requirements:
- Registered Midwife with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in midwifery
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care
- Currency of neonatal resuscitation
- Up-to-date immunisation records
- Current flu vaccine (within the last 12 months)
- Current police check
