AddressWe are proud to be working with Australian Icons in the Resources sector and would like to talk to Contracts Administrators who are available at reasonably short notice, with Resources Industry Procurement Experience who are able to commit to a minimum of 2 year assignments with the distinct possibility of extending as the projects develop.
The purpose of this role is to support the Contracts & Procurement team in the delivery of both compression and power facilities and will bring end to end procure to pay experience, including drafting RFTs, tendering process, drafting contracts and Contract Administration.
Mandatory Selection Criteria
- 5 + years’ experience including contracts & procurement experience, in compression and power facilities in the gas industry preferred
- Understanding of the full range of contracts & procurement activities including P2P, warehousing, logistics, inventory, contract formation and management.
- Experience with ERP systems preferred
- Demonstrated analytical, evaluation and reporting experience
- Commerce, economics, law or engineering tertiary qualifications
- Must have strong local experience with Australian Standards
- Due to the relatively short notice required, you must already be living within commuting distance of Brisbane CBD or willing to relocate yourself there within a reasonable timeframe (2-3 wks).
Due to the primary location of the project, preference will be given to people living locally who do not need to FIFO or DIDO to the Brisbane Office.
