My client, a tier 3 builder is looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the team.

Requirements for this role :

• Experience working in live environments is preferred
• Minimum 2+ years working as a Contracts Administrator for a head contractor
• Degree or diploma qualification in Building and Construction
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and on budget
• Fantastic relationship building, problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
