Job Description
- Establishment of project documentation and planning schedule, including contract break up and estimated costs
- Coordinate all variations as required
- Completion of all project claims, invoices and associated documents and issue to client/builder
- Assist project managers in preparing and issuing all contractual notices
- Monitor and track weekly site progress
- Assist in preparing supplier and subcontractor contracts including commercial evaluation, compliance, departure and potential saving for review
- Generate quotations and variations for project manager to review
- Assist Project Manager with all reporting requirements
- Assist Project Managers and Project Director with the compilation of Project Quality Plans
- Monitor reconciliation systems of suppliers and subcontractors of all major orders in conjunction with Project Managers
- Collate and monitor all plant and equipment registers prepared by the Project Mangers
- Prepare and collate site management timesheets prepared by the project managers on a weekly basis
- Complete staff reimbursements with approval from the Project Manager
- Assist project manager in reviewing all invoices and costs
- 3 plus years' experience as a Contract Administrator within the construction industry preferred
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Construction site-based experience will be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- High level analytical and problem solving ability
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office computer skills.
A generous salary range between $115,000-$120,000 + super
